Flávia is Nature Connect founder and CEO. After 20 years working in animal care and conservation education, Flávia came up with the idea of Nature Connect after seeing how much schools struggle to find funding for extra curricular activities for children.

Steve is Nature Connect's Secretary. After 30 years working in animal care, Steve brings his wealth of knowledge to Nature Connect, not only as a secretary but also as a welfare and conservation advocate.
Paul Parotti, CFO
Paul is Nature Connect's CFO. Paul has over 15 years of experience as a CFP and he owns and operates a financial practice in SLO County. Paul's wealth of experience is essential to the success and growth of Nature Connect.
